Terms & Condition of Packages

Each Package will be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of activation of such package or the full/total consumption of allowed services, whichever is earlier.

Services covered under the Package include the selected services (detailed list available on website) of Service Category such as AC Service, Electrical Service, Plumber Service, Carpentry Service, IT Repair etc.

Customers can book services under the above service categories as allowed in the specific packages. Number of services allowed under packages are listed.

 

Activation of Package may take minimum 24 hours from the realization of payment. Services can be booked through AARCHI website ( www.aarchi.in ) or by calling at Call ( +91-9993032215 ).

We provide Turnaround Time (TAT) of 4 Hours in Basic Package and 3 Hours other packages in general Condition.

Services will be provided from 9 am to 7 pm on all days of the week for customers covered under AARCHI Packages.

Service warranty will be valid for 7 days from the date of service. In case of repeat visit/s after 7 days, the same will be counted as a separate visits.

All Services include Labor charges only. Parts & material are not included in the package and AARCHI may provide hardware at extra cost.

Customers can only book services that are provided under the packages as mentioned on the website.

Customers can also book other services provided by AARCHI at extra cost.

For the purpose of calculation of service consumed under the packages, one (1) Service means home service that can be delivered in maximum one (1) hour. In case, service delivery takes more than one hour, it will be considered as an additional service delivery and counted separately. Example: service delivery, which takes 2 hours, will be counted as two (2) service counts.

Services will be provided only at the Residential / Office Address as provided at the time of purchasing the Home service packages.

AARCHI can purchase (at actual cost) any parts or material on the customer’s specific request to complete the service. However, if the product is defective or stops working or is not functioning as expected, AARCHI will not be responsible for the warranty of the product and will not offer any replacement of the same. The cost of such parts or material will be charged at prescribed rates.

AARCHI will bill the materials or spare parts purchased on customer  instructions if customer later cancels service.

AARCHI will count a Service as delivered (one service), if a customer has booked a service and the service men have arrived at the customer premises but customer fails to arrange for the materials or parts which are mandatory/necessary for service.

If the material/s required for the service is not made available by the Customer and AARCHI service men are asked to buy the material/s, then a conveyance charge of Rs.50 will be charged for a distance of up to 3kms. Time consumed for the purchase of the material will be considered in the calculation of no. of visits under package.

By purchasing the Home Service Package or using our services, Customer agrees to AARCHI Terms & Conditions, Payments, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Cancellation Policy, and also gives consent to receive promotional mails and offers.

AARCHI offers warranty on labor only. Any work that has to be redone due to labor fault will be done for free, provided that the fault has been registered directly with the Company with order id within the warranty period.

AARCHI is not liable or responsible for any work done by it Aarchi service men, which was directly instructed by the customer despite the service men recommendation. Warranty for such work is also not provided.

Warranty for work carried out by AARCHI will be void if it work is repaired, modified, or tampered with by anyone other than AARCHI.

AARCHI informs it customers not to pay any money to the Technician/s without Invoice and in case customer gives any additional money to Technician/s without Invoice, AARCHI will not be responsible for that service.

Our office/services will be closed on: Republic Day, Holi, Independence Day, and Gandhi Jayanti.

AARCHI reserves the absolute right to change, remove any Home service or Package without prior notice or replacement of similar home services in specific service categories without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever.

Home services are subject to removal & deletion at any time with reasonable notice and with replacement of similar home services.

AARCHI has the sole discretion to withdraw any of its offer /scheme anytime without prior notice.

To ensure we provide the highest levels of service, we reserve the right to refuse service to any person at any time, for any reason deemed appropriate by us, especially if the person is abusive, rude, ill mannered, threatening, harassing or intimidating to our staff.

 

CANCELLATION & Rescheduling POLICY :-

For  Services related to: Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, IT Repair, Washing Machine Repair, AC Service or similar nature of services.

To avoid cancellation charges, customers are requested to reschedule or cancel the order 2 hours before the scheduled time.

You can reschedule or cancel your service request via AARCHI website or through AARCHI call center.

If service request is cancelled 2 hours before the scheduled service time, the cancellation charges will not be applicable. If the service is cancelled within 2 hours of scheduled service time, customer is liable to pay cancellation charges.

If the order booking and service time is within 2 hours and customer cancels the order, then cancellation charges will be applicable.

If AARCHI service persons are late by 15 minutes of scheduled time and customer wants to cancel the order, then the cancellation charges will not be applicable

Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, AARCHI reserves the right to cancel any order at any point of time, and will not be liable to anyone for the same.

If the service person or AARCHI cancels the visit then customer is not liable to pay cancellation charges.

 

REFUND POLICY FOR PACKAGES

 

The following rules will be applicable for refund of the package amount if customer wishes to return the package.

AARCHI will charge for minimum number of services as mentioned in below table against each package @ Rs.500 per service or actual number of services availed by the customer, whichever is higher.

For the purpose of refund, Package amount will be considered after deducting the applicable taxes.

After adjusting the above, AARCHI will refund the amount within 15 days of the customer request and AARCHI acceptance.
